Applications
Threaded Diaphragm Seal is designed with an upper and lower housing bolted together with a diaphragm welded to the upper housing. This removable design allows for easy cleanout of the seal chamber, while still maintaining the system fill. The threaded offline diaphragm seal can be adapted to fit almost any pressure instrument and process application.

Upper housing material : AISI 304 SS
Diaphragm : AISI 316 SS, laser welded on upper part
Lower housing material : AISI 316L SS
Instrument connection : ½” NPT (F) / ½” BSP (F)
Sealing fluid : Glycerin or Silicon
Process connection : ½”NPT (M) / ½” BSP (M)
